We believe that all those who know Jesus Christ or those who are still exploring, need to meet regularly to study the word of God engage in the ministry of prayer and learn to serve Him more effectively.

Alpha

Every year, we run an Alpha course, which allows both those still seeking and those who want to explore more deeply their faith a relaxed and open place to debate the key questions of Christianity. The course is a mixture of videos and open discussion over drinks and desserts.

"Alpha at Christ Church is very international - the current session has included people from Italy, Germany, France, Kenya, China, USA, Ecuador and even England!! - The variety of backgrounds has lead to some amazing discussions. It has been wonderful watching their faith in God growing before our eyes. Hearing someone with little church background thanking God for what they had experienced of His love, was very special. In addition, a person with virtually no Church background, who did last year's course with his then fiancée, has since been baptised as an adult and we will have the joy of celebrating the blessing of their marriage in the summer."

Ladies Fellowship

Every Thursday morning (apart from school holidays), a group of ladies of all ages get together from 9:00 to 11:30 to study the Bible, to discuss and pray together.
Everybody welcome including babies and toddlers.
Recent sessions have considered 'Women in the Bible' 'Having a closer relationship with God', and Biblical books such as 'Amos' & 'Colossians'.

Each week, there is a group who meet for Bible Study and another group meets to pray regularly for the church.
